Supporting Beautiful Births
I’m Laura — a certified hypnobirthing teacher in the Surrey Hills and mother to three spirited beautiful little people. I’m here to support you and your partner as you approach birth with calm, confidence and acceptance.
Birth has become misunderstood and over‑medicalised and pushed out of everyday life. Yet it lives in within us. It is woven into our human story and shared by all of us. Though surrounded by myth, birth is an instinctive, deeply human experience that happens best when met with unwavering trust and positivity.
Hypnobirthing helps you reconnect with that truth. The focus is bringing your mind and body into alignment so you feel prepared, calm and genuinely look forward to the birth of your baby.
Within every woman lives an ancient knowing: birth asks not for fear but for trust — trust in the body, in instinct, and in the primal wisdom passed down through generations.

Testimonials
“When I discovered I was pregnant, I was overwhelmed with fear about childbirth. However, after the first session, my perspective changed entirely. With each lesson, I grew more excited, realising that birth was nothing to fear. Thanks to Laura's guidance, my birthing experience was not only empowering but also peaceful and swift. Every decision felt informed and calm. It was an incredible experience”.
“I was skeptical about hypnobirthing when I found out I was pregnant. My plan was to have all the drugs or go for the easy option—a C-section—if things got too intense. I believed leaving childbirth to medics was the safest. Laura's course completely changed everything for me and my husband. The sessions were fun and never felt preachy or pushy, she was supportive of our original choice to have an elective C-section but after the course and looking at the research, I felt the safest place to give birth was at home and that’s what I did! It was so powerful and long but I did it with no interventions. We can't thank Laura enough for the incredible experience and we will recommend her to everyone.”
