What is Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing uses relaxation and hypnotherapy to help you experience a calm, comfortable birth. It a complete antenatal program that gives you and your birth partner the knowledge and confidence for a positive birth—wherever or however your baby is born.

❋ Education

❋ Release Fears

It's easy to feel overwhelmed by negative birth stories, but your experience can be different. This course gives you practical, empowering tools to replace fear with confidence.

❋ Practice

The real change happens in the 10–15 minutes you commit each day between classes and birth. These short, focused practices reshape your mindset, reduce fear, and nurture a calm, confident outlook for childbirth.

The support of a well-informed birth partner makes all the difference and this is what makes hypnobirthing stand out. Partners have an important role to play.
