I run hypnobirthing sessions for couples in the Surrey Hills area either at your home or mine.

Within hypnobirthing, we emphasise creating a space of safety and trust. It is important you feel at ease with me and empowered to explore, ask questions and make informed choices. I welcome scepticism about hypnobirthing too. It based purely on science and birth logic. It’s not a load of hippy woo - it works for all! Kate Middleton has been very open about using hypnobirthing and is a prominant advocate for it.

The course is split over three sessions, each approximately 2 hours long.

For parents who've previously used hypnobirthing and are preparing for another, this is a focused refresher to deepen and expand your practice.

Many first-time parents began hypnobirthing but didn’t fully engage with its techniques or understand the maternity system. This course supports those who want to reclaim control after a difficult or traumatic birth, offering tools to create a more positive, empowering experience and reclaim agency over their birth experience.
